Great service

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

We recently visited Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Reena! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.

The service and treatment that I received at One to One Dental Clinic has always been excellent. From first consultation through to my dental plan based on Fazeela Khan-Osbourne's expert knowledge and experience and then the treatment itself. Appointments were always made to accommodate our travel and the clinic was extremely helpful when I had to fit in a procedure with short notice. All staff at the clinic are very professional and friendly which helps ensure that the experience is as calming as can be. I would not hesitate to recommend The One to One Dental Clinic.

I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. My experience was amazing. I had a filling and I'm very nervous regarding dental procedures - Shrey and Eleanor couldn't have been kinder, more patient and more caring. I was told what was happening every step of the way and given breaks and pauses to recover and calm down. They even put music on for me to help me relax! Both were so kind and I felt very safe. I definitely won't be so worried next time I visit as this was a really positive experience.
