Helpful staff and nice facilities

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

I'm always well looked after and would never go to anywhere else for my teeth. Extremely professional and would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with their teeth or facial treatments. Thank you for always taking such a great care of me! Saija

The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much. I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend Hotel Dent to anyone .

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.
