Great experience I had root canal treatment and I was so nervous but there was nothing to worry about as the dentist really kept me informed throughout the appointment

I was there for the hygienist. I was seen straightaway by reception, polite as always and I had my appointment with the lovely hygienist. I needed a new appointment for the dentist and another appointment for the hygienist, this was done with no problem and no wait.

Amazing dentists,great service and reception staff who always try to be helpful .highly recommended.We look forward to seeing again .

Superb wisdom tooth extraction by Jatan. Short, sharp injections and then whole procedure over in about 20 minutes. No major after effects. Thanks to all (including Dhru for his initial assessment) at this friendly practice.

Most welcoming, ethical, professional and kind dentists you will find in London. Had the best hygiene with Pan and some treatments done with Dr. Munslow and Dr.Mhosin a complete 10/10 experience :D

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine. My son loves coming back to the clinic, thinking it's a playroom. Thank you so much for the excellent service! This is the best service I've experienced in any medical facility in London.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
