On time, v friendly, good advice, reasonable charges

Absolutely fabulous , from the front line staff all the way through to the clinicians. A wonderful experience cannot fault it.

Overall good experience, access to highly qualified consultants. For insurance purpose, would recommand invoice specify not only the doctor's name but also his speciality. Medical letter should indicate the date of the consultation.

I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

My relative said that everyone she encountered at the hospital was friendly and polite and she was made very comfortable
