Excellent staff and very prompt.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
