I visited Nick Aresti in relation to a nerve injury caused to my radial nerve by the NHS during reconstructive surgery on my elbow. He was able to assist me with my peripheral nerve injury. Nick explained what was likely to have happened to my hand and how it could be repaired. Nick was able to put me in touch with other nerve specialists that could help me in getting a proper diagnosis and treatment. I felt that Nick went out of his way to help me during what was a very difficult time for me. He was able to put my mind at ease and help me get answers, when I wasn’t getting anywhere with the NHS. I was grateful to meet Nick and all that he had done for me. Nick has kept in contact with me during the process. Nick is an excellent consultant that is very knowledgeable in his field.

Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.

Mr Magnussen is a gifted surgeon and an excellent trainer who instills confidence in his juniors and passes on the knowledge in a positive and inspiring way! I have always mentioned in public that he will be my surgeon if ever need it for my family!!

Where do i begin, the care i have received from Miss Uppal has been outstanding. Her care, attention to detail and expertise in making sure my operation, after care and recovery has been nothing short of outstanding and to the highest level. From detailed explanations and reassurance pre surgery, incredible care during surgery and impeccable aftercare post surgery, i have been incredibly grateful to Ms Uppal and her time she has given to making sure I have had the best care throughout this process. Ms Uppal has gone above and beyond in seeing my throughout, attending hand therapy sessions and taking the lead in post therapy, checking in to see how my recovery is and giving me a detailed step by step on what to expect in the weeks/months post surgery (reassuring me at the same time). I could not recommend Ms Uppal enough to anyone who needs similar surgeries to me or anyone who needs treatment/surgery on their hand. I am incredibly grateful and thankful to Miss Uppal.

Mr West gave me excellent advice and gave me plenty of time to ask questions.

The experience was excellent in every respect. I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.

Mr Crompton did an amazing job from beginning to end, including his willingness to squeeze in an appointment when so much needed. We know he has a tight schedule, but he would do anything for the wellness of his patients. His professionalism is top rate.
