I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.
