I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

Friendly staff from reception all the way through to the appointment with the doctor.

It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

It was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building the staff and the general ambience.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.
