Incredibly on the ball, caring and a genuine pleasure to deal with Leanda and the rest of the team were nothing short of exceptional

It was my first visit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building the staff and the general ambience.

Administration was a little ad hoc and concerning at the beginning, but did start to improve.

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
