I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The nurses were excellent and made me very comfortable

All went well. Most staff met were friendly and pleasant. Some were extremely good. Medical attention was also very good.
