I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Brilliant experience! So glad I did it as I was worrying whilst waiting for a NHS scan. Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Answered my questions and gave some much needed reassurance.

I live in Epsom. On 2 occasions you could not accommodate me at the Epsom clinic so you offered me eg an Ultra Sound in Marylebone. I truly believe that is very poor service when I can get the US locally.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
