Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wellington Hospital for a series of diagnostic tests, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff at Wellington Hospital are truly outstanding. Each member of the team, from the receptionists to the medical professionals, demonstrated a level of kindness, professionalism, and expertise that is truly commendable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I fully understood each step of the process and felt comfortable throughout my visit. The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. The technicians were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I always find the staff at The Manor friendly and helpful. Wait times are minimal and it has a calming atmosphere. Parking is always an absolute nightmare and something needs to be done about it. It causes unnecessary anxiety.

Good service

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.

Dr Savvatis was really professional, he prescribed a variety of tests to make sure to find out the root of the issue. Dr Savvatis was able to provide reassurance and explain everything to me. The process/ appointments were smooth and everyone in the clinic was very friendly and professional.
