Straight away from arriving at the clinic all staff were extremely friendly and helpful extending into the appointment whereby dr Imbuldeniya straight away took a genuine interest, care and engaging attitude toward my injuries. He was positive, pragmatic and extremely knowledgeable, all combining to give an excellent amount of care and therefore confidence in the steps laid out for recovery.

Dr El-Tawil was extremely helpful for me. He took the time to really listen and work through my history, and he was able to diagnose some issues with my knees fairly quickly that other physios hadn't previously mentioned. He was also able to push for a PRP injection for me as other areas have not worked for me, which has seen some incredibly benefits. He also took the time to read up on my notes before I arrived and refresh himself, and remembered a lot of our conversations so I didn't have to repeat anything. He's been a brilliant consultant for me.

Very clear in all that he said. But mainly a lovely man who listened, enabled me to make choices by explaining the consequences of my choices clearly. So very lucky that he has been my surgeon.

Kind & warm & painless procedure

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

I learnt 50pct of information regarding my diagnosis through questions rather than having it explained in full straight off. Perhaps he assumed I had more medical knowledge than I do. He was very pleasant though.
