Other than the inevitable cancellations (I was an NHS patient) my experience was positive.

Greeted politeness and a smile, everyone is very friendly the treatment received was very informative and helpful

The Clinic was fine and clean and tidy

My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.

I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.
