Clementine Churchill hospital staff are kind and helpful in my experience. The waiting area is looking a bit tired and drinks facilities could probably do with some updating.

Great experience at HJE, the best hospital I've ever been. It's all about the staff working here, they are amazing, literally everyone!

The staff in the reception area were very friendly and treated me with respect. The environment was clean and tidy. The vending machine and seating helped to make my experience very pleasant.

Very efficient.. excellent treatment

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Attended for a major surgery Jun 24. Hospital was very well run and very well equipped. Was treated courteously and respectfully ar all times. All levels of staff from doctors to nurses to porters were very professional and competent.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the waiting area and facilities were spotless.
