Nick is understanding and considerate of the emotional toll my recovery from surgery has taken and he's always provided warm encouragement. His specific technical knowledge on anatomy and training exercises is very detailed. He really knows his stuff! Nick is a first class physiotherapist. I feel grateful to have him work with me.

I approached KT with long running issues regarding my hip. Having seen a different Physio, I wanted a second opinion as I didn't seem to be getting anywhere closer to an answer OR relief. Being a fitness Instructor and exercising being a strong pillar in my lifestyle, this injury had completely knocked me and had taken away even the basics of being able to walk more than 100metres. KT stepped in completely understanding the mental side of an injury aswell as a thorough physical assessment. Not just taking my own description but going through every possible test and avenue to rule out possibilities herself. taking into account my personal life and my daily schedule she educated me on how we could go about my management going forward. She supported me in getting the help I needed and continues to provide and check in with me, with advise, a general care for my well being and progression. I am looking forward to training for my first Half Ironman under her careful eye and supervision. Her knowledge of my background, her own craft and thought process allows her to know when and what I need to hear.
