Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!

Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way.
