I was recommended Kensington Physio by the specialist consultant I saw and I have not been disappointed. Alex sets really enjoyable and varied exercises in each session. He's given me some good tips and advice. Progress has been great and he is really helping me push towards a recovery goal. I am very happy with how the sessions are going and it feels like the perfect level for me.

Alex has consistently given good, clear advice based on thorough and sensitive investigation. Alex assessed my knee condition (an exacerbation of an old ski /cartilage injury) through both questioning and examination. This was at all times skilled and appropriate, searching and indepth. He worked with me to support my recovery, giving me a range of exercises to improve my prognosis and to manage the condition over the longer term. He has emailed these to me in clear language, and ensured that I have enough variety and understanding that I will keep up the routine. Moreover, the sessions have been fun and lively, as well as giving me guidelines as to how to ensure the best results. Alex is engaging and thoroughly professional.

Alex is both professional and friendly. He explained everything in terms we could understand and had no issue with going over anything that wasn’t clear.

I have worked with Alex for nearly 12 months now and have watched him grow as a clinician and an individual in this time, going from strength to strength. He takes great care with each individual case and acknowledges other contributing factors towards a patient's condition. He is comfortable in the clinic room and in the rehab setting of the gym, which allows him to successfully work with a large group of patients. Alex particularly has a keen eye for football and sporting injuries, shown with him taking the lead role with one of our professional clubs.
