From the initial interview till the final review of results, he was very detailed and clear, giving feedback to all the questions I had. After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

I am currently training for my first half marathon and was experiencing issues with shin splints in the lead up to my training program. KT has been incredibly helpful in explaining why I was having pain, giving me exercises to strengthen the relevant muscles, and stressing the importance of proper warmup and recovery. KT helped me work through a running plan to get me to full strength prior to my half marathon plan officially starting, and it has been incredibly beneficial. I have seen the results in my performance and recovery, and am thankful to KT for her guidance and help in the process!

There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with Mark and Julia was. I actually looked forward to having them come to my home and put me through my paces. If it hadn't been for them I doubt I would have healed so quickly after a total right knee replacement. In a few months I will need to have my left knee replaced and I would not even consider another physio.
