Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.

Everything was professionally handled and really well done. The only improvement I can think of would have been to allow my wife to have visited me sooner after my surgery.
