I’ve been seeing Jacob on and off for almost 3 years and I couldn’t ask for better treatment. I see him at least once a month to ensure that my body is in good condition to handle both the stress of my day job and my training regime. Jacob’s manner is fantastic, he is well attuned to the stress and energy I am holding and adapts our sessions according to my needs. Recently, Jacob has been instrumental in helping recover from a tricky hamstring issue. Thanks to his help I’ve been able to complete a half marathon and I’m currently training for my first marathon in 5 years - None of which would be possible without his support. I couldn’t recommend Jacob highly enough, so much so that I’ve referred a few different people to him!
