Outstanding

The overall experience was great. All staff were attentive, kind, caring and very positive. A lot of support for breastfeeding (where needed) and our care by Mr Kunde, Dr Arrandale and the entire staff was exceptional.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
