The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Exceptional care and attention to detail from all staff encountered from admission to discharge during recent overnight hospitalisation for a procedure. Admitting and surgical nurses put me at ease prior to my procedure and the post operative nursing care was attentive ensuring I felt well, safe and in good hands. Catering staff and nursing care assistant also provided excellent service. No hesitation in recommending this hospital. Outstanding.

The Blackheath Hospital was very efficient, clean and the staff were friendly.

I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Dr Maha has been such an amazing and well experienced Doctor and I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problems to conceive to go to Dr Maha. The staffs were all great towards us as well and I enjoyed being the patient of Dr Maha because he lifted our hopes and spirits.
