Good overall

i was originally booked for 0900 for my analysis check. but i was left in my room until 1400 and then had a very long wait down near the theatre then i had a fairly swift and effective test etc and another long wait before i could go home. You were very busy but it would have been helpful not to have had to wait in the hospital for so long. your staff are all excelent and helpful

My post prostatectomy condition means I visit The Prostate Centre at least four times a year. On each visit, the standard of care clinically and administratively is of he highest order. I couldn't accept anything less. I am never disappointed. The building is clean and the consultation and nursing areas of high levels of cleanliness. I am always made welcome by my consultant and her team - very important to be put at ease on these visits.

My experience at The Prostate Centre was excellent. At a time of high personal concern and stress (having been diagnosed with prostate cancer) everyone took great care and provided all the assistance and counsel I needed. Highly recommended!

The imagining team were amazing! They were super personable and put me at ease when I had a moment of anxiety when having my MRI. So kind and thank ful. Top notch service and made me smile!

At my consultation relating to LPR/esophagitis, I was impressed with his ability to rapidly understand my situation and his astute assessment of my issues, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns and medical history. Dr. Hoare’s knowledge of gastroenterology is extensive and he is clearly and expertise in his field. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Hoare exudes a genuine sense of empathy and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel comfortable discussing my issues, a quality that is invaluable. Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety. His commitment to patient well-being and quality care makes him a standout choice for addressing gastrointestinal health issues.

Unfortunately the Royal Marsden is an old hospital and frankly would benefit from a large investment as currently it is like a rabbit warren and while all the staff are excellent I cannot think the accommodation helps in the discharge of their duties
