At my consultation relating to LPR/esophagitis, I was impressed with his ability to rapidly understand my situation and his astute assessment of my issues, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns and medical history. Dr. Hoare’s knowledge of gastroenterology is extensive and he is clearly and expertise in his field. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Hoare exudes a genuine sense of empathy and professionalism. His warm demeanor made me feel comfortable discussing my issues, a quality that is invaluable. Further & most importantly for me, Mr Hoare was able to ease my anxiety related to my esophagitis/LPR and provide a pragmatic treatment approach. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Hoare to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring gastroenterologist, particularly if you experience health related anxiety. His commitment to patient well-being and quality care makes him a standout choice for addressing gastrointestinal health issues.

I had an open abdominal hysterectomy at the Princess Grace Hospital. The surgical, anaesthetic and nursing care was excellent with an assigned nurse on each shift who was always attentive and very caring. Call bells were answered promptly.Visits by phyiso, pharmacy and dietetic staff were very helpful and informative. The ensuite room was well equipped and extremely clean.

im a bit late in doing this review but i had radiotherapy at genesis Birmingham at the end of Feb and into March this year. it was wonderful having a driver collect me and my husband each day a Sutton Coldfield isn't close to where we live. All the staff we saw on site were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The centre itself whilst being a medical centre doesn't feel very medical so you can forget a little the reason you're there. I highly recommend genesis Birmingham.
