I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wellington Hospital for a series of diagnostic tests, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service I received. I was very nervous having been on watch and wait for 11 years for my acoustic neuroma. I was treated with kindness, respect and patience and whilst the process was certainly not enjoyable I felt in safe hands and the way I was treated made the whole thing bearable.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

In particular, the receptionists were cheery and welcoming. Theyvhalped make the appointment non-scary and set me at ease - so thanks to them!! 😊
