I arrived early, registered & then went for breakfast, was welcomed by name when I came back. Great reception staff.

Happy with prompt appointments. Clean room / bathroom. I was very anxious so would have appreciated if staff were aware for different levels of treatment towards patients. My foot is healing very well. I have been discharged at 5 weeks, but toe joint very rigid. Not sure I am walking too much/ little or correctly.

The staff at this hospital are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely reassured and at ease in an otherwise stressful time. This can be said from the pre-operative assessment with the Nurses right through to my admission and stay in the hospital. When I got to the hospital, I was met at the door and my bag was carried to my room; I felt like I’d checked into a hotel! The nurses were attentive and checked on me throughout the morning until my operation. My room was very clean and comfortable. Theatre staff too were all incredibly friendly and I went from feeling very anxious to completely comfortable in the minutes before my operation. The food when I got back and the next morning was brilliant and there was a great variety to choose from. Any outpatient appointments to follow up were all great and I never had to wait too long at these.

Pleased with environment and reception. Got a bit ancious about availability of parking spaces.
