Waiting over 30 mins for my appointment. Utterly unacceptable. I made the first appointment of the day and arrived early as a courtesy and have been left waiting with no explanation or indication of when I will be seen. As a paying patient the service is not good enough.

My experience at one Ashford on the whole was very good. The staff were lovely, the doctor very good. Had to wait about half an hour after my appointment time which gave me time to get more nervous before my procedure.
