Mr James was really helpful and informative. He was able to diagnose my condition within minutes of my consultation and I had already spoken to my own GP and undergone test with no diagnosis being discussed. Highly recommend the one hospital

Great welcome and attention. Timeliness could have been better, but a factor associated with bunching patients together for queued procedures. Would have been preferable to give us each a slot rather than guess when we would be called. Otherwise a v good experience, thank you.
