Very helpful in explaining my injury as well as showing it to me which was super helpful to understand it.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Dr Seah was listened to my problem, explained what he felt the issue was. When giving treatment he ensured I was comfortable, especially helpful as shockwave therapy is painful.

Dr Sheridan is very knowledgable and has a sympathetic ear. He has turned around my understanding of my long standing knee issues and I am very pleased with what he has suggested to make improvements, much of which I was not aware off. This has staved off the need to have a knee replacement at a relatively young age for which I am grateful. I have recommended him to friends with similar issues. Excellent level of care.
