My second online assessment was with Dr. Pablo Jeczmien, and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Jeczmien was compassionate, personable, and made me feel truly seen and cared for. He took the time to explain everything carefully, ensuring I understood my diagnosis and the next steps. His approach made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me, which was incredibly comforting.

Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I came to her with a sense of general uneasiness in life that started to become debilitating, and thanks to her effort and dedication I have now developed the tools to understand myself and how I operate in the world to a previously inconceivable degree. She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. I could write a long essay on all the benefits and life lessons I enjoyed throughout my experience with her but I will keep this brief to not get people to suspect I was paid to write a review! Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!
