Luca always held a safe and compassionate space for me. Initially it wasn't easy to accept Luca's help as i came with huge trust issues, but I really felt like I could open up to him properly without fear of judgement. He has a kind and gentle energy about him. When difficult things need to be discussed and addressed I found him to be firm and compassionate at the same time. A great therapist to work with.

Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I had a great experience with Mark. My previous therapist had taken me in the wrong direction for my condition and was determined to stay on that path. Mark listened and let me find my own path, using his experience and care to guide me on the way. He was also very clear that our work should have a timeline and a beginning and end. I have been a client of Sam's for a few years on and off. For a period of time I was also under the care of a psychiatrist, and she and he worked really well together. I now have online sessions with her, which are just as good as in-person. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. She is a brilliant psychologist. She was central to my diagnosis of (and recovery from) postnatal depression and continues to be a great source of wisdom and empathy. I know myself so much better than before I began sessions with her. I am more self-aware, resilient and have learned real self-compassion. As a result, I am far better equipped to deal with whatever may come my way in the future.
