Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

We felt at ease from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have had been support from the full team. Thank you all for making our experience as comfortable, supportive, and reassuring as possible.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

Clementine Churchill hospital staff are kind and helpful in my experience. The waiting area is looking a bit tired and drinks facilities could probably do with some updating.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

It was a very nice experience. The staff was really friendly. The lady at the reception was even helping my daughter with homework whilst we waited. 🥰
