Wonderful

The overall experience from start to finish was fantastic, the calm manner everything was explained in, to the day of the eye surgery and the surgery itself went smoothly. However on completion of all the procedures it was at the point of payment where there an issue, the fee had been emailed correctly which reflected the invoice, however the team taking the payment were adamant the price had changed, this was resolved but looked very unprofessional, the payment system needs to be reviewed. The Practice Manager was not at fault here all communication made from start to finish was clear.

The NHS staffs are professionals and friendly. The staff attend to patient quickly as soon as one arrived. Above all the nurses and the consultants, they are excellent in all their endeavours.

Had a 2pm appointment but had to wait an hour and was not seen until 3pm - really frustrated
