Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Dr Deplano is the best doctor I have ever had! I have had so many doctors in the past dismiss me and not want to help me; Dr Deplano is the only doctor I have had who has actually listened to my health issues and how they affect me. She then does as much as she can to help me resolve these issues. I have never come across a doctor who is so compassionate and caring! I couldn’t be more grateful that by some luck I managed to get her as my doctor, a rare gem that’s hard to find! She’s made me feel like I’m not just another number on her list of patients, a tick box … but a real person. She’s made sure that all my medical issues are attended to! She makes me feel seen and heard! I genuinely owe her so much because of her I am able to lead that little better quality of life of which I had none of before!

This was my first consultation with Dr Alimam. From the outset, she proved to be charming and put me immediately at ease, enabling the fullest two-way exchange of information. She was very keen to learn not only of my general medical history but also about my personal background. I have every confidence in her ability to diagnose precisely my haematological problems and to provide or to advise on the best treatment.
