All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

It was excellent and the nurses and wider staff were all fantastic.

Excellent - clean and friendly

I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I did have to wait a bit beyond my appointment time on all occasions but I think the consultants do get behind.

The facilities are excellent and well equipped and the attention is great. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clinic London.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
