Great experience, super friendly helpful staff

Great as usual

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish ,no problems at all.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Efficient welcome and reception , before guidance to waiting area. I was seen within a short time of my arrival. The nursing and reception staff were helpful and welcoming.The provision of refreshments was very welcome.

The hospital provided excellent service, and we were treated with the utmost professionalism and care.

Very well run, lots of good comfortable seats while waiting and very clean. Could do with more parking space
