It works very well, good caring staff and everything happened as expected.

Delay caused by previous patient fainting so new room had to be prepared which was done quickly and smoothly

Nice atmosphere in all areas, friendly staff. Well organised

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.

Harefield is a great hospital with great people

Been a few times, staff is always very friendly, nurses are lovely and always extremely helpful. Doctors are great, very supportive and understanding. Overall great environment for getting support.

Good location in London.
