Excellent service.

Mr Acher was very thoughtful and friendly and explained everything about my condition to my wife and I. He was very supportive from start to finish and treated us with respect and alleviated any fears and concerns we had. He came to see my wife and daughter late into the evening to tell them that all went as expected and that I was in recovery.

Efficient and reassuring

Professor Hindley manages to put you at ease during a consultation and has an open and friendly manner. His explanations are very clear and understandable. I have complete trust in the advice provided and it was a pleasure to meet him again.

Having being referred to Dr Kwan, he contacted me promptly and was even able to provide me with a same day video consultation. He was very thorough and took time to understand my issues. He was able to get the relevant tests arranged with a fast turnaround, which was a great relief. Dr Kwan also took time to explain any issues and outcomes from results in a way that was understanble. I felt reassured being treated by Dr Kwan and that I was in safe hands given his expertise in the field. Additionally he was excellent at communicating in terms of setting appointments and responding to queries.

Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.

I found Mr Erotocritou enabling and he presented me with options to move forward. After comprehensive discussions the outcome for me is positive.

Dr Kelkar was very thorough. He explained everything to me in a way that I easily understood. He was professional and sensitive. A complete gentleman, whilst still being professional.
