I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.

Excellent, the best i have seen

Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills. The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat. I felt that he was invested in my quality of life both pre and post any surgical intervention and I am truly grateful for him giving me my mobility and my lease of life back.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well.
