André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. Gus treated me for a case of Achilles Tendinopathy, and some anterior shin splints. I had been struggling to run comfortably for almost a year when I started seeing Gus. After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.

I met with Gary for the first time today who I found to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He meticulously checked my leg muscles and it was particularly helpful when he talked me through what the doctors had diagnosed and the reasons why I was experiencing the pain in my knees. Gary also explained and showed me the first set of exercises he was putting forward to enable me to move forward with recovery.
