The overall experience was great. All staff were attentive, kind, caring and very positive. A lot of support for breastfeeding (where needed) and our care by Mr Kunde, Dr Arrandale and the entire staff was exceptional.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.
