He took the time to care for her after complications from surgeries he hadn't done himself, to arrange scans on weekends and also to help us (her daughter and son), with phone calls and information after normal business hours. He took over her care from another Professor and we are so grateful he did because he gave us peace of mind and really explained things, which eased our minds from stressing had we not been informed. He was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. We will always be in his debt.

After waiting over half an hour later than our appointment no real apology for being late then consultation not even half an hour Did not tell us anything we didn’t already know and offer any different treatment plan other than taking less laxatives
