Mr Hannan is an exceptional ENT doctor and everything you need as a patient - he explains things clearly, he is happy to answer any queries and is clearly extremely knowledgeable. He was also available and responsive when you need him. I was really happy with my consultations and would certainly recommend Mr Hannan.

Dr Ahmed is a brilliant doctor - in consultations, he always listened closely to my concerns and took me seriously, and would walk me through my options in a respectful and collaborative manner. It essentially feels like a collaborative consultation (e.g. I explain my issues, they investigate and my thoughts on xyz option were taken seriously) rather than a doctor who orders a patient to do xyz. I also underwent surgery with Dr Ahmed as well which was a resounding success - hence I think they're a fantastic doctor across the board (consultations, surgical skills, etc) and would wholly recommend to them to anyone whose looking for an ENT.

Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem. I felt he listened well and allowed me plenty of time to ask all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I was nervous and tense when initially attending the hospital appointment and he put me at ease, calmly and compassionately. I found him to be both approachable and professional.

I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil for some time, and it had been causing me significant worry. Since I hadn't visited a doctor in nearly a decade, I was quite nervous about my appointment. However, from the moment I stepped into the Devonshire Street Clinic, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The clinic is housed in a charming building, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I was promptly seen by Mr. Raghav Dwivedi, who impressed me with his kindness, friendliness, and clear expertise in his field. After a thorough initial consultation, including a detailed line of questioning and a quick examination, he almost instantly identified the root cause of my symptoms. He provided a comprehensive explanation of my condition, complete with diagrams and even some hand-drawn illustrations to ensure I fully understood the situation. It turned out that I had silent reflux, which was causing the inflammation. To be thorough, Mr. Dwivedi suggested that my GP conduct a full checkup to rule out any other potential concerns, which also saved me some costs rather than going through him for the additional tests. This thoughtful recommendation was much appreciated. During the consultation, I also mentioned some minor issues, such as ear popping and difficulty breathing through my nose, which were affecting my sleep. Mr. Dwivedi took the time to examine these concerns as well and offered precise diagnoses. I left the clinic with a clear treatment plan and a prescription to address my issues. For the first time in a long while, I felt genuinely optimistic about my health. For anyone considering a visit to Mr. Raghav Dwivedi, you will not be disappointed. His 5-star reputation is well-deserved. I will wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT specialist and look forward to my follow-up appointment!
