I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Whittaker today who was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, understanding, reassuring and took time to explain things to me. After a couple of months of illness, I was so relieved to receive such an amazing service. I will not hesitate in returning and will be taking my son to see him soon with an ear issue he has. I was extremely nervous going into this but Dr Joshi was incredibly reassuring and his aftercare is amazing.
