My overall experience was fantastic as soon as I walked in I was instantly created with warmth. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was also seen to very quickly even though I arrived early.

All went well. Most staff met were friendly and pleasant. Some were extremely good. Medical attention was also very good.

I felt welcomed by all the staff that I met and the environment was spotless

Efficient reception and radiography staff and system

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Consultant very supportive and professional at one and the same time. Excellent.
