The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

My experience with the dental practice and Dr Mehmedov was very professional and swift. When I walked in I didn't have to wait a long time and the whole process was very fast and efficient. The staff were very welcoming and it was all communicated very well. I had no issues with the bookings and emails. It was all very simple and straight forward. Dr Mehmedov was brilliant and his work is amazing. I would recommend this practice to a friend!

We recently visited Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Reena! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright, cheerful, and full of fun activities that kept my child entertained and relaxed. Dr. Reena is absolutely amazing with children. She has a warm, calming presence that instantly put my child at ease. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything in a way that myself and child could understand, which really helped alleviate any fears. This was particular important my child need multiple extractions and crowns. The clinic is immaculately clean and well-organized, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entire team is professional and kind, making sure that both parents and children are comfortable throughout the visit. What really stood out to me was how Dr. Reena went above and beyond to make my child feel special. She was patient, answered all of their questions, and even gave a little goodie bag at the end of the visit. I highly recommend Happy Kids Dental Marylebone and Dr. Reena to any parent looking for a fantastic dental experience for their child.

The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. We managed to have fissure sealants done for our 3-year-old without any stress, leaving us with completely positive emotions and impressions from the visit. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine. The service and treatment that I received at One to One Dental Clinic has always been excellent. From first consultation through to my dental plan based on Fazeela Khan-Osbourne's expert knowledge and experience and then the treatment itself. Appointments were always made to accommodate our travel and the clinic was extremely helpful when I had to fit in a procedure with short notice. All staff at the clinic are very professional and friendly which helps ensure that the experience is as calming as can be. I would not hesitate to recommend The One to One Dental Clinic.

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.
