My second online assessment was with Dr. Pablo Jeczmien, and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Jeczmien was compassionate, personable, and made me feel truly seen and cared for. He took the time to explain everything carefully, ensuring I understood my diagnosis and the next steps. His approach made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me, which was incredibly comforting.

Dr Kaur was very warm, kind and took the time to understand my problem. I would definitely return to her clinic and appreciate her advice and solutions.

Dr. Aarohee Desai-Gupta has been super helpful and providing clear instructions and guidance on my treatment . Over the course of 3 months since I have been working with her my mental health has drastically improved. I feel more like myself, my mood has also improved as well as my performance. I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Abdelghani was able to help me to diagnose a new condition and transfer to a new course of medication which has greatly improved my quality of life.
