Very empathetic and caring.

After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

Dr Ratheesh has been very helpful and thorough. He has arranged investigations quickly and kept me informed about what is going on. He has explained why he is asking for certain tests, and then explained what the results mean. He has referred me to a consultant and again explained what to expect. He has been proactive in letting me know what is happening. He has given me opportunities to ask questions & taken the time to answer and explain, I never once felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient. I'm very happy with my experience. When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. This is all very carefully monitored and I couldn’t wish for a better outcome. I feel I was born in June 2022 and I am the person now that I always knew I was. So I can’t thank Dr Rostamipour more for his compassion , expertise and knowledge that has got me where I am today. Alex D.
