It was a lovely place, very clean, very friendly people, I felt at ease and welcomed.

I was a day patient and every part of my stay was excellent

Effective and efficient

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

I was simply impressed by the hospital and was put at ease the second I walked in through the door

slight hick up with the blood tests pre the operation but apart from that all very good.
